TOWER 26 Triathlon Coaching is designed to get each individual athlete to the start line fit, fast, and performance prepared. Our experienced, knowledgable coaching staff designs a custom, periodized training schedule based on the needs of each individual athlete.

Who is it for?
- Triathletes without a coach.
- Triathletes looking for improvements and structure.
- Triathletes who are looking for training/racing guidance from a knowledgable, experienced coach.
New triathlete. 0-1 year of experience. They need: skill development, general improvement, confidence, effective workouts, and specific fitness. They may be timid or think “I can’t do those workouts.” They require more hand-holding. None are “Race Ready”. You will improve!
Semi-experienced triathlete having raced trillions 1-2 years. They are somewhat seasoned, but seeking additional refinements, optimal comfort, effective training, and in sight into the WHYs of training while needing more “Race Ready” prep for better race day execution. You will improve!
Experienced triathlete having raced and trained for triathlon 2+ years, and “Race Ready”. They are the pros and competitive age-groupers needing additional coaching refinements. They can improve further through effective racing strategies and enhancing their athletic IQ. They need optimized training sessions. You will improve!
Our triathlon training
Primary focus: Recovery and Technique enhancement.
Secondary focus: Specific muscular endurance and power.
Primary focus: Building specific muscular endurance and power, and technique enhancement.
Secondary focus: Learning how to manage training load and adaptation.
Race Preparation Phase
Primary focus: Sharpening and Technique.
Secondary focus: Building specific muscular endurance and power. Becoming very fast.
Race Ready Phase
Primary focus: Race Ready Skills and Technique.
Secondary focus: Building specific muscular endurance and power. Shifting training emphasis.
What you'll receive
- Daily dynamic workouts sent individually via Premium Account with Training Peaks. Not pre-packaged.
- An "A", "B", "C" priority ranking distinction of the workouts.
- Detailed instruction within each workout.
- Workouts scaled for your specific ability or fitness level.
- An accountability feedback loop with a coach for each workout.
- Full communication with an extremely knowledgable/experienced Triathlon Coach.
- Additional support and information in areas of triathlon such as nutrition, strength, race readiness, mental approach, etc.
