T26 | RUN WORKOUTS | Los Angeles




A structured track workout designed to provide technical run assistance, and training directive through safe interval training that will help triathletes become faster and performance prepared for your triathlon run.

Coached by: Professional triathlete and endurance coach, Sean Jefferson.

Coached session format:
6:15 – 6:30 am: Easy warm-up.
6:30 – 6:35 am: Light stretching and run skill drills.
6:35 – 6:40 am: Strides.
6:40 - 7:30 am: Seasonal periodized workout with heavy interval emphasis.

You will receive:

  • Coach review on run mechanics.
  • Periodized coaching based on your race demand.
  • A safe, injury free, interval training workout.

We guarantee:

  • Your run technique will become more efficient.
  • Your run IQ will improve.

TOWER 26 all-access triathlon-plan members: Free (Included with your plan fee)

All others: $60/month
(including: TOWER 26 triathlon regular plan members, full time or 1x/week pool members, subscription plan members, beach affiliates, and other interested parties)

Visitor fee: $20
