Coached session format:
6:15 – 6:30 am: Easy warm-up.
6:30 – 6:35 am: Light stretching and run skill drills.
6:35 – 6:40 am: Strides.
6:40 - 7:30 am: Seasonal periodized workout with heavy interval emphasis.
TOWER 26 all-access triathlon-plan members: Free (Included with your plan fee)
All others: $60/month (including: TOWER 26 triathlon regular plan members, full time or 1x/week pool members, subscription plan members, beach affiliates, and other interested parties)
