At the weekly bike trainer sessions we progress the workouts in a periodized manner throughout the season working on pedaling efficiency skills, muscular endurance, tempo, strength, threshold, and race pacing. Get there at 6:00pm for a 6:15pm start. We have 8 trainers at the shop which will be first come first serve. You can also bring your own trainer to guarantee you'll have one. Also bring your bike, nutrition, and a towel.
