Online Bike Workouts

Looking for performance improvements on the bike?

 

You will be provided with the link to join our private group rides on Zwift every Tuesday and Thursday while former professional cyclist and triathlete Andrew Talansky along with elite coach and current professional triathlete Jim Lubinski lead you through the workout on Zoom. If you can't make the live session, each workout is recorded and a link is provided to complete on your own time.


 
 
 
 

TOWER 26 Virtual Bike Training Workouts are designed by Andrew Talansky and Jim Lubinski

Progressing in a periodized manner throughout the season, our Tuesday and Thursday sessions include live coaching, focusing on areas such as muscular endurance, tempo, strength, threshold, race pacing, and more. All weekday sessions are approximately one hour in duration.

Our supporting Friday session is delivered as a built out workout via Training Peaks while our Sunday rides provide both a built out option for indoor use as well as an outdoor option for you to choose from depending on your needs. All sessions include audio files addressing the intent and proper execution of each workout.

All workout links and recorded sessions are provided via TrainingPeaks software.


SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays

  • 5:45am Pacific Time- Live Coaching via Zoom led by Jim Lubinski.
    Available on demand after the live session.

  • 5pm Pacific Time - Live Coaching via Zoom led by Andrew Talansky

Thursdays

  • 5:45am Pacific Time - Live Coaching via Zoom led by Andrew Talansky

    Available on demand after the live session

  • 6:15pm Pacific Time - Live Coaching via Zoom led by Emily Cocks

Fridays

  • Supporting recovery and skill based session delivered as a built out workout on Training Peaks for use on your platform of choice.

Sundays

  • Sundays are typically a longer, endurance focused session to complement the higher intensity of the Tuesday and Thursday rides. A built out workout for indoor use AND a separate outdoor training option are provided. You can choose whichever session best suits your needs based on time available to train and your fitness goals

Races and Group Events

During select weekends Tower 26 will invite you to private events on Zwift in place of your Sunday session. These events are typically time trials or hill climbs that will give you, as well as the coaches, an opportunity to track your progress throughout each season. Periodically we will also host “Endurance Sundays” where we perform our prescribed weekend workout together in a group ride setting on Zwift.
