T26 | BIKE WORKOUTS | Los Angeles




At the weekly bike trainer sessions we progress the workouts in a periodized manner throughout the season working on pedaling efficiency skills, muscular endurance, tempo, strength, threshold, and race pacing. Get there at 6:00pm for a 6:15pm start. We have 8 trainers at the shop which will be first come first serve. You can also bring your own trainer to guarantee you'll have one. Also bring your bike, nutrition, and a towel.

Coached by: Professional triathlete and endurance coach, Jim Lubinski.

Coached session format:
6:00 - 6:15 pm: Bike set up.
6:15 - 6:20 pm: Warm up.
6:20 - 6:30 pm: Pedaling Efficiency/Skill Work.
6:30 - 7:10 pm: Main Set.
7:10 - 7:15 pm: Cool Down.

You will receive:

  • Coach review on pedaling/cycling efficiency.
  • Periodized coaching based on your race demand.
  • A safe, injury free, interval training workout.

TOWER 26 all-access triathlon-plan members: Free (Included with your plan fee)

All others: $60/month
(including: TOWER 26 triathlon regular plan members, full time or 1x/week pool members, subscription plan members, beach affiliates, and other interested parties)

Visitor fee: $20
