TOWER 26 Virtual Bike Training Workouts are designed by TOWER 26 Head Triathlon Coach and Professional Triathlete, Jim Lubinski. Progressing in a periodized manner throughout the season, each session includes live coaching, focusing on areas such as pedaling efficiency skills, muscular endurance, tempo, strength, threshold, race pacing, and more. Experience structured training and performance improvements with a large and enthusiastic community of TOWER 26 athletes in an interactive environment.

Session Schedule

Join live group rides on Zwift while Coach Jim and the experienced Tower 26 Coaching team leads you through the workout on Zoom. If you can't make the group session, each workout is recorded and a link is provided to complete on your own time. All workout links are provided via TrainingPeaks software.
